French postal service also testing changing rooms in branches for online shoppers to quickly return stuff that doesn't fit.
It as less and less people that work in it and is a source of burnouts for a lot of people that work in it. The service is worsening every year since 20 years.
It's better than doing nothing and then fully privatizing. And people are being helped.
