The only scenario IMO where the majority of fans are won back would be an impressive run of wins taking us into the top 2. It’s probably that simple and at the same time just as unlikely!

Spot on for most. My issue would still be that Evatt’s system requires players who are in the top quartile of players in the league we are in, so there is no chance of it succeeding in the championship let alone the Premier.

I agree, the way he plays needs confidence and he ain’t going to be able to maintain that in the championship. However I would like the dilemma right now of how to approach a championship season!

Watched their first game of the season V Barnsley, where they were outstanding. Tough opposition for us in the cup some months ago. This is going to be a tough watch & if we're not on it, we'll struggle #bwfc #mtfc
