bc CSU changed our health plans (to "save us money"), my infusion company had to check whether prior auths were still valid. they have to get insurance staff on the phone, so it took 2-3 hours per patient (!!) and my drugs got delayed 2 weeks (may not seem a lot, but normal freq is every 4 weeks)

I'm lucky to have a great case manager at my infusion company, but even with her ability to escalate things, delays still happen when anything gets thrown off.
