It's something like File -> Options -> copilot -> untick enable? It's a newish button that they obviously added because people were getting so mad

On my work computer now there isn't even anything called Office - it's Microsoft 365 Copilot. That's what I need to run if I want Word or Excel.

It's quite easy to remove it now, they have it in the options menu
