Asset ownership (lets face it, we are talking houses here) over the last 30 yrs has been concentrating into fewer and fewer hands as the Buy-to-Let craze was allowed to mushroom, drive up house prices and deprive our kids of homes of their own.
Time to reverse the incentives.
