I wonder how much of our PII + SSNs it took being scraped & loaded into some sort of dataframe before they hit a collision from a "dupe". Probably many SOX, PCI, & HIPPA violations committed. If they used a platform like Azure to ingest this data, did they use the "government" cloud, or commercial?
