Ahh, thank you! My husband also did not smell that musty/stinky ambergris, but he said it was like a cool watery scent to him which I do agree. It didn't last long on me, but I sprayed some on my clothes and throughout the day I would get an ever so slight whiff of the lilacs which I REALLY enjoyed. - ThreadSky

I am so curious about their other scents and debating on a discovery set too! The extra scent they sent in a sample bottle smells INCREDIBLE, my husband took it for himself 😆 (Coeur Noir, I can't describe it other than "it smells like the renaissance faire")

Ohh, Coeur Noir is a sample in this set! The others are Voodoo Lily, Poltergeist, Dirty Rose, and Smudge. It might be a while because I just got the tracking for it last night, but I will let you know if the others are good. I have really high hopes.

I'm back with some perfume thoughts. Sorry for the upcoming word mess.

- Voodoo Lily: A spicy floral that turns into a very clean scent on wear. Probably my favorite of the set.

- Coeur Noir: Incense heavy with a vanilla undertone. The smell reminds me of our downtown vintage record store.

- Dirty Rose: Another spicy floral. There’s a b.o. quality to it on me though, lmao. The rose isn’t very dominant. I think BPAL has better rose scents.

- Smudge: Reminds me of smoky church incense. I think it would be really lovely layered with one of the floral scents to soften it up a bit.
