Which ironically would be much more accessible and affordable to have diagnosed, addressed, and have the more adverse effects lessened with lower cost appointments and much less pricely medication (if necessary) under said program

And also with more people actually getting their ailments & symptoms in case reports, it can go a long way with expanding research which can yield breakthroughs that give us more ways to address it better (esp. if there's a demographic component)

& better medications with fewer side effects (+ a lot of this medical research is already subsidized by the government anyway (at least before so many key words were gutted under the admin) --- it's just corporate greed and researchers being grossly underpaid that perpetuates the desperation we see)
