Apart from everything else, the grotesque injustice toward 700,000+ taxpaying residents of DC (more than VT or WY, closing in on ND) in 'Blank Check for Musk' bill is outrageous. It forbids DC spending *its own money.*

The CR is so disgusting toward DC that it prohibits the city from spending ITS OWN LOCAL TAXES it will lock up 1$B of our own money while the city is forced to fire TONS of teachers, firefighters, and outreach workers. So anyone supporting it can fuck right off honestly
