The person you're choosing to defend here Juno, does it matter that they've been attacking Mike demanding he be replaced for the past several years before all this drama? First time I've Heard of that supposedly but even if that is the case and Juno isn't innocent I doubt Mike knew that before hand therefore even if it was a completely innocent person he would have still encouraged harassment of said person, which shows the kind of person he is.
