The 2019 review is about CFS, a diagnosis no longer used in recent literature. The promises were made to CFS patients. It doesn't make sense to claim that it holds for a new diagnosis as well for the sole purpose of then attacking it. There is no Cochrane review about 'ME/CFS', so let it rest.

Is the definition of ME/CFS right or wrong?
So far, research has not confirmed the involvement of SMA, DYSF, the limbic system, or the endocrine and hypothalamic systems in ME/CFS, including exhaustion of the muscles, organs, and brain.
