He is calculating, manipulative and bold. Since he's pretty eloquent and extroverted, Mourn will put up an act to appear all charming and sweet.
He ended up in another timeline after getting gravely injured and stayed there until he recovered, mistaking it for the main timeline. He eventually realized that he was in a doomed timeline. But at that point he
Mourn tried everything he could to stop that timeline from going down it's cursed path, which transformed him into an infinite dragon over the years.
The bronze flight eventually noticed his meddling and put an end to it.
Back in the main timeline, Mourn was imprisoned for some years and his ability to enter other timelines got forever limited so he wouldn't be able to interfere
It drove him mad and completely changed his character. He used to go by the name Norumdormu and was a charming, benevolent and sweet person. But the current Mourn is cynical, bold, calculating and manipulative. He kept his charm though and knows how to use it.

I just wanted a mean weirdo and then his story got out of hand and ended up kinda sad :x he was supposed to be more of a side character but he's already grown on me
