Look I'm an anthropologist and I studied human osteology and morphology. I have no clue what's happening with this barrel chest. This man has it. Seems so odd to me. I just can't wrap my head around it. I'm half expecting an alien to pop out.

I totally agree. I noticed it when the 1st time I saw the pic & had to look into causes. Aside from age & CF, which I don't think apply, lung diseases like COPD, emphysema & osteoarthritis are the major culprits.

Agreed. I also did some research to see what would cause a distended torso. It could just be the way that his body fat is displaced but it looks weird AF
