Note how much higher suicides by gun are and the fact they are growing faster. Traditionally the weapon used by older men, more teens and women now chose guns to end their lives.

We have a suicide epidemic going on, especially among teens. Yet no one want to talk about fighting it!

Is that federal form that all gun shops have you fill out, separate from the States? Because there are some States where they don’t feel that the Federal form is strong enough, or even effective. The State conducts their own adjacent investigation.

C. Trick question? 22 states require background checks for *licensed* gun dealers. But individuals who sell at gun shows or privately are not licensed dealers, and therefore are not required to run background checks.

I love the Burger argument.

These remarks were made years after he retired from the Court. These were simply his opinion and carry no legal weight.

Also, Burger never once sat for a 2A related case while a Justice. So he had zero actual case work on the topic.
