It is interesting to note that since the vote was ordered by the minister there has been no news from the IRB, not even a date announced to start or complete the vote. This is Wednesday, I am hoping we have some news by the end of the week.

It is the government so I'm not at all shocked, this also could have been over had they accepted the request for binding arbitration, something they originally had wanted themselves. Now after spending a lot of time and money directly manipulating there workers they feel they can sneak through a win

I expect that if the union members vote "no" to this offer in the IRB vote that the corp will lock them out.
