Plenty of people get deported after having full criminal trials, being convicted, and serving their sentences. It’s uncontroversial and it happens under every administration. Flying Venezuelans to El Salvador without any apparent hearing is… different.

The thing is, it would be easy to give actual gang members the limited due process they get and send them on their way if that was the goal.
