I’m very proud of this one. It tastes amazing, and it’s everything I wanted to have with homemade bread. You can’t beat that smell.
Any bakers have a tip as to why the right side of the loaf collapsed a bit during baking? I didn’t touch it, and added the butter after it collapsed a little.
