Today is my kid’s birthday. He’s 19 now and away at college. He made Dean’s List his first semester! He’s pretty freakin’ super. He’s why I’m not so worried about our collective futures. There a lot of kids just like him out there. They’ll fix it. They’ll fix us. Anyway, happy birthday to him.
