Don’t see leadership stepping aside anytime soon but I can’t live in powerlessness. I have to believe in the possibility of change and in a binary political system, the incremental change that Harris would have brought is the difference between a fragile republic’s continuity and its dissolution.

True, Trump didn’t get a majority of the votes cast, but we essentially have a two-party system, like it or not. The idea that the Dems would deliberately sabotage their election so they could support genocide sounds absurd. The right wants us to give up and give in. I’d rather fight.
