I can’t believe the same administration that cuts women’s health research, prenatal screening, cancer research, head start, etc…. threatens Medicaid, Affordable Care act, cuts to Education etc …… is going to make anyone jumping to have more kids, $5000 or not are you fu#%^g crazy ?
