That’s the problem. The bigger one was with two under our control we did nothing to forestall this. It’s a mess and we should’ve seen it coming. Some of us did.
Many of us knew what would happen. A bunch of us little nobody's. We begged and pleaded for people to wake up. Like screaming into the void. Totally ignored or worse, dismissed as a libtard. The most perplexing part of all this is that there are much more intelligent people, with access to data,
Because we are in that moment between rising and falling in which everything is weightless.
Most people are thinking this is fun I’m floating.
Some of us are shit the ground is coming up awfully fast.
There are two ways to change: work from the inside or tear it down. That second option is always violent when extremists are trying to maintain power. Not saying we can’t do it, just making sure everyone understands the risks involved.
Only one of those is viable in our current situation unfortunately. They aren't gonna let anyone get close enough to "work from the inside" at this point. they censured Al Green for standing up and calling Trump out on Medicaid. Some dems voted in favor of that censure. Its bad
We don’t have the power to take him out. There has to be someone close who will stand up for their oath to our Constitution. He’s one step away from sending the military (who should be braver and loyal to their fellow Americans) to attack us.
We shouldn’t be. I call our representatives daily and demand that they remove Trump and Musk—I don’t care how. If Congress doesn’t act to remove them, eventually the people will, but that carries more risks.
Yeah maybe. It's hard to know.
But, one thing we know for sure is that billionaires have been allowed to 'influence' our elected officials in ways that is illegal for voters.
Politicians have been horrible stewards of democracy and we must view them with suspicion. All of 'em.
As an outside observer, I say it’s because you know Trump will turn the military loose on you. The question you have to ask yourself is “Am I prepared to die for my beliefs?” Thousands of Ukrainians make that choice ever day. See the difference?
Because none of us have felt real hardship. We grew up in an America that won the Cold War, built sprawling suburbs with no community, and then invented the internet. Leaving us all alone on our phones, trying to answer profound questions in under 300 characters. It sucks

But fair enough. His target was kinda close enough to the current regime to motivate more people but so far hasn’t.
by all means though, go first
And every time I try to understand why, the only answer i can come up with is that the entirety of our government wants this for us.
Most people are thinking this is fun I’m floating.

Yet, here we are. Thinking Keyboard Warrior is an actual military position.
We should be fighting by now. The coup IS COMPLETE. And we aren't going to stop a damn thing, it seems.
I totally understand 1930s Germany.

Us: still kinda.

Good luck, Calirn
I can't hurt Trump and his inner circle, but I sure as hell can hurt the people who voted for him.
