Term limit them all. I actually had this thought when they made the big whoop about Strom Thurmond hitting 100. We don't need all these damn longevity records. They called Brezhnev's reign in the Soviet Union "the Era of Stagnation". This is ours.

Bullshit article. I'd still take Joe over 95% of all pols. Some lose interest and merely want to make speeches, they can go back to Vt for all I care.
Others are solid AF and should quit when they can't do the job well.
By contrast, our young pols are 50/50 at best, not yet up to it, all talk.

I agree. Experience is a good tool, helping to make good decisions, but eventually old age inhibit some of those good decisions. Most of our congressman and senators are not only old, but they are rich. Old age can inhibit your decision-making and wealth can influence it. New blood is good.
