Generally I suggest being very cautious about blocklists because there's a lot that can go wrong (accounts blocked that you actually want to see, people weaponizing them against other people or groups.) This one is recommended by people I trust and also the bot thing is a royal pain.

This is a blocklist for bots, I've just signed up to it myself so I don't have prior experience with it. But you could give it a try.
