It’s very probable that Luffy set a precedent that broke the glass, and they’re just stepping through the hole.
FA’s never gotten more flak, and they’ve been resting on their laurels for years. Now Dragoneer is dead. A heap of responsibility and hate just plopped on their volunteer laps.
It’s a perfect time to pull out and move on to other things in your life.
