Funny enough, I was looking through old files for a PokeDND campaign I was running that didnt end up going forward, and one of the Gym Leaders is an older woman.
I only made her thru piccrew, as it was early stages but heres Frieda, shes an Ice Type Gym Leader, who is the 3rd in my custom region.
