haha are you referring to back problems? if so, then i got you covered with my friend: climbing! side effects are: finger injuries (had a few) stinky feet from the shoes, and constant addiction to climb everything you see.

Absolutely! (And maybe some gaseous ones!) Sounds great about the climbing though! For me I started this “pump” app by Arnie Schwarzenegger and it’s really sorted out the back issues I’ve had over the years.. kudos for the fitness work!
