Erm….it was CALCIUM that helped. Also obtained just as easily from green leafy veg, fortified bread & plant-based milks.

My Vitamin D levels plummeted a few years ago. I felt terrible. Same happened with my mum some years before that. I take a supplement for that now, even in summer just to be on the safe side.
There is also calcium set tofu, fortified plant milks & yogurts, figs, beans & more.
