Although the bird flu doesn’t yet have the ability to spread easily btwn people through the air, it might occasionally spread in close quarters, such as in crowded detention centers...

More likely to spread TB and any other prevalent respiratory illness. Like my EKG tech who announced they were getting g over RSV while taking up a chemo patient for monitoring. Lowest common denominator wins. They want people dead. Disease is how you do that.
