A reminder: Trump is not the president.

Yes, he won the election. Yes, he was sworn in.

But section 3 of the 14th Amendment clearly states that by fomenting insurrection, Trump is disqualified from holding federal office.

Not the president.

tbf there were enough legislators still in possession of their spines to stop him. They were climbing fences while I'm watching the majority willing hand over power and the opposition send angry social media posts and getting fundraising texts from mine.

You know, it’s not the threat of martial law that keeps me out of the streets. It’s the futility. No one covers it. No one cares. We need a mouthpiece to get attention. But all of our leaders are cowed.
