Do you yake Melatonin or Magnesium Glycinate to help? Magnesium helps me and I don't feel like crap at those 3AM potty wakes.

I don't. The last time I took melatonin it made me feel sick and I threw up? Most of the time I don't have any problems sleeping, I've just been feeling extra stressed from the state of the world and that definitely messes with my sleep schedule?? I hate it
