After the local elections this is the current state of play of Councillors in the UK. Don't be fooled by our Farage supporting right wing media. Reform are 1 in the pie chart.

thank you for confirming what I was already thinking the MSM are so biased these days & other platforms with over reporting on the toad garage orange twat supporter which is why I watch France 24 most of the time for news
The scale of bigging up Reform on a 30% turn out has been staggering but agreed it’s is a warning sign but I believe the British public will see through them in the end.
What might the pie look like if all of these council seats had actually been included in the election. Reform won almost half of the 1700 council seats this time, two mayoral races, an MP and control of 10 councils. I don’t find a chart of seats that were not up for election very comforting 🫤
But that’s an unknown future, in which much else can happen.
Media reporting as if the worst already has happened ranges from inaccurate through unhelpful to cheerleading.
It's the delta you should be looking at. That's what is worrying the main parties, that their slice of the pie will decrease at each election while reforms increase
I'm not sure that's correct. Their source is their own figures, actually back to the same pie chart.
Got a more verifiable chart please? I can't find final total numbers anywhere.
Thanks.
Still disenfranchised voters like myself are looking for alternatives to the main 3 parties who, let’s face it are a feeler gauge width apart in political dogmatism.
Personally I vote Green .
Id eat my own shit before I’d give toady fuck face my vote.
Reform Party are backed by Rebel Press, a known weaver of misinformation and BS worldwide. They also support the🇨🇦ian Conservatives and whatever the 🇺🇸an Republican Party has become.
That doesn’t help those of us stuck with them running out councils though. Look at the map - Reform are now running councils across the Midlands, the manufacturing and energy production heart of the country. And they are threatening to refuse planning for windfarms, solar power and pylons.
Sorry, this is just whistling past the graveyard. Councillors won before the Tories imploded and before people realised how right wing this iteration of Labour is tell us nothing about the political landscape today.

If Reform keeps winning like they did on Thursday for the next few years, then it is going to look _very_ different in a few years.
Do don't panic, but be aware.
