And to be fair, we don't have the infrastructure or systems for sub-zero weather. We don't even have a snow plow for when it DOES snow, and everyone argues over whether they have to clear the sidewalk in front of their house. Rain before the freeze also means it's all ice under there lmao

I went to Toronto in February once and discovered why everyone there owns rubber boots. I was walking around soaked up to my knees from the wet snow.

People in the Prairies always make fun of people on the West Coast using umbrellas in the snow, but they haven't yet learned why it's called the Wet Coast 😅
