So to clarify based on the conversation so far, your hope is to make merch FOR other people? Like, provide a service to have it made, not that you design it and they figure out the rest?

mm so I probably need to write up a clarification in the future and some friends gave me some ideas, I have just been sick and scatterbrained 😅
- I have the ability to make something cool, I think that people would like having them as merch options for themselves (like stickers)

This is a Lithophane panel. I can make a 3d print of any art piece I am given and they can be placed into a light box (I have the files for that) and can be switched out

You would have to think of trends such as stickers, lil figurines, etc. and see what will work for your shop as well as seeing how the designs look. For other V-Tubers, it would be reaching out and asking if theyre interested.

Personally, I would do like Ko-Fi shop or stuff on Etsy since they tend to be some of the bigger ones. Also, there is Fourthwall also where you design your site and then add listings of your physical products. Dont know how selfmade works, but they make merch lines for you too.
