The fact that this incoming admin wants to do things AGAINST the rules is why federal workers will riot. It's not about the politics, it is because the heart of the govt is being ripped out. Yes, there are flaws, but gutting those who know how to make things run is only going to fuck up our lives

Remember they did this in version 1.0, find ways to undermine government morale, retention, including moving people around , altering jobs, dehumanizing ..... all at the local level.

He's got someone who knows the system in charge of the dismantle, but I have faith in the bureaucracy nerds. They can't stop it all, but might delay enough for an overall victory.
