Yep, struggling to notice every freaking signal from my body😭 and everytime it leads me to a local disaster 😭

My current solution is forcing myself to sit down and do an audit - it's not fool proof but sometimes just stopping and taking a minute to sit with myself helps me realize some of the issues. I also use strict numbers like has is been 5 hours since I ate last that are more objective

I started practicing stretching 1,5 month ago, can't say for sure rn, but it seems it's starting to help me notice when today something about my body feels different from yesterday during the training, like part of tummy hurts or spot on hand (spot not related to stretching)
