Unpopular D&D opinion: Magic missile and "force" effects don't make sense - even with suspension of belief. Force effects are essentially kinetic energy, which is why armor and Mage Armor won't stack. However, magic missile will hit ghosts, but weapons won't. Wall of force also stops ghosts. #ttrpg
