I don't know how many of those small town nursing homes would go under but I feel like its more then half. It feels like most of them already very very close to broke, and if medicare/medicaid get reduced even a little that will destroy them.

Did you know that Medicare does NOT pay for long-term care. NOPE. 2/3s of longterm care for your parents is paid by MEDICAID.
If you want Medicaid cut, your parents wiil need to move into your house when they need long-term care & YOU will be providing it.
