100%. The rich should be paying their fair share. Warren Buffet said if the rich paid at least 2%, that our national debt would be paid off within 3 years... With no hardship to the rest of us. 2% is nowhere near their fair share but it just goes to show what even a small amt from them would do.

Maybe that person who's loan is being paid off is working at a rural health clinic, or some other difficult to fill job where folks are incentivised by programs such as these.
