Have you tried 2 bicep sessions a week with one focused on intensity, the other on volume? I use that method a lot and have had great results.

So just as an example take preacher dumbbell curls. one week ile go heavy, with low reps. say 12 kg for 3 x 8 then the next session ile go 8 kg for 3 x 12, same. Then the week after ile do the same exact thing but ile add 1 kg onto both exercises.

I use this on chest and legs a lot too, works a treat for me.
