Lies you tell. You left out North Dakota. Parts of South Dakota Parts of texas. Nevada and Arizona. All red states For New York, it will only hit upstate closer to canada. It wont effect Midtown Manhattan, Bronx or Brooklyn. Or New Jersey and theycan just turn it off in red state.
