It’s literally set up to exclude people, unfortunately I just turned 27 so I fell out of the category for 26 under. My child also turned five and the age cuts off for caregivers on the chip program at 5. They just changed the income requirements again I might reapply and see but that was back in May

This is the part you could argue:
EARNED INCOME EXCLUSION- "We do not count the first $65 of earned income plus one–half of the amount over $65. Therefore, we reduce your SSI benefit only $1 for every $2 you earn over $65."

Also enroll in the ticket to work program.

Kansas is wild! I'm in Maryland and the minimum payment is $967. If you work you lose $1 for every $2 you earn, with a $65 credit. You would have to make $1999 not to receive a monthly check, but you would still get Medicare unless your income is consistently over $2000 a month.

It's supposed to be 1500 if you're a single person. I went over and they recouped it over 6 months 30 bucks each month. You need to talk to them or an attorney.

There's a program Biden put in place called Extra Help. You might look into that. It filled gaps for me doing cancer treatment a couple of years ago.
