4. Learn something new every week - I read @foreignaffairs.com and try to never miss the first take of Fareed Zakaria on his Sunday.
5. Avoid people that do not make you feel good. Stop trying.
7. Start lifting weights. Your waist line will shrink as your metabolism spikes.
