Not a huge amount of non American sport on here yet π Twitter was always good for cricket, boxing, tennis, athletics chat and it was easy to find clips of important moments just after they happened. Hope that builds here

Had no idea you were active here. When you left Twitter, I thought you quit social media entirely because of your medical career. You could bring a lot of people from X to bluesky by tweeting you're active here!
ask not what bluesky can do for you, but what you can do for bluesky! (but yes, im not a fan of that stuff but will be good to see further adoption and broadening of content)
Even American sports aren't quite as heavily covered as I'd hope. I'm a big baseball fan and I feel like unfortunately the shithead website is the leading source for reporting still.
Problem with losing a "neutral," established, widely accepted hub site: this, sadly.
My Dad is a baseball fan too. But he always refused to make an account on any social media site. (He is wiser than a lot of people, clearly.) When they put up the login wall, he stopped checking that site directly.
In some ways, Threads took off with sports teams, but I feel that they never got the reporters on there. I don't know if it's similar with cricket and other non-US sports.

I've long since removed the app. I now use nitter to check when necessary.
