So Felon47 is talking about invading Gaza now. Wouldn’t that be an act of war? Would he need congress to openly declare war on Palestine (admitting it’s a country would be hard for them) to do that? Or would he say it’s for “protection” or some bullshit like that and get away with war crimes?
