My scrambled egg and soy chorizo breakfast burritos have been off the charts! 3 ingredients. (usually I caramelize an onion and add it in there). Stews and soups are my main menu right now. Pressure cookers are one of my most used kitchen items, along with my carbon steel skillet. Easy.
