Yeah they are utter shite, I've got a no brand generic one off of Amazon and it's a million times better. It's also got every type of attachment for cleaning every surface.
I always like whatever municipal space you go into there’s a Henry that’s been there since 1974 and will just keep going until the heat death of the universe sat there. Smiling
I’ve helped set up 3 judo inwas a member move into permanent locations and in all 3 semi derelict spaces we found a Henry in various post apocalyptic looking states. Plugged in and all worked
That's part of the issue. The first one broke within 8 weeks, they wanted to pick it up, asses it,then offer to fix/replace. It was going to take 7 days to collect. I had to argue for them to send a replacement - I have a dust allergy, I can't go without a cleaner for that long. Fuming.
I think eventually they will have to write off the product if it keeps breaking but they can be real bastards about doing it. Hope you get a nice person in customer service next time you speak
I read a big long post from a professional cleaner one time who swore by getting a used Sebo cleaner (X4 maybe?) - apparently that's what the pros use - simple and easy to repair - I got one on eBay and tbf it's been great ever since
I know what everyone will say BUT this Amazon Basics vacuum is the best hoover I've ever owned. It's tiny so you change the bag a bit more often but that's the only downside. I love it.
