As one who is utterly exhausted with Star Wars and has less than zero interest in watching Star Wars things these days, trust me on this:
Make an exception for Andor.
You will not regret it.

Rix Road, the finale of Andor Season 1, was released 2 years ago today.
And Andor will be back on April 22. This gives those who haven't seen it, whether because they don't like Star Wars or are fed up with SW, time to make up for their mistake and see this gem. π₯°

Rest in Power, Comrade Nemik
...yeah, I think this'll be my Star Wars from now on.
The show is a bit slow. There are settings that look more WW2 than Star Wars and you wonder why a goat has three eyes.
The show is mature. It explores the banal face of evil and the people who rise to the occasion to fight it.
It has one of the most memorable characters in recent history.
I wish I felt like it were less current and topical.
Not only the best Star Wars show on Disney, but one of my favorite limited TV series ever.
I you haven't seen, watch Season 1 in March so your ready for Season 2.
Andor is an exceptional show in any genre. You could remove Star Wars from the title, place it in a terrestrial setting, and it would still rival any show on any platform.
Phenomenal characters, phenomenal depth, an actual, serious exploration of what the Galaxy under the Empire must be like to actually live in...
I think it's the best thing they've ever made.
Could not get past the first 10 minutes.
Will try again some day.

The most concise summary of the show I've encountered was, "Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Sith." π―
