This article is a bit baited, but this is what strikes do. They're meant to be disruptive, and sometimes the machine is going to just keep going forward.

China/HoYo aren't slowed down by strikes in the US. No other language dub is suffering because of this strike, just the English.

Kinda seems like it's as much out of HoYo/Z3's control as much as it's out of the VA's control (outside of striking and/or quitting) 'cause they want to keep their wheels spinning.

It's in the courts of US based companies, agencies, and SAG-AFTRA. But always good to see more VAs fighting it.

As a counterpoint, Bungie pointedly *did not do this* when their live service production timelines ran up against strike boundaries. A lot of the stuff in Heresy just... isn't voiced. Subtitles only. It double extra sucks because the VAs are amazing, but I'll take that over crossing the picket line.
