Oddly enough had this talk with a friend. We both have ADHD and with it comes the fears of being a failure and everyone hating you for failing. So far, best suggestion is to keep a folder of love and praise from friends and those around you. So when you feel that spiral, you have positivity to help.

ABSOLUTELY! I stopped comparing myself to otghers, even friends, doing well. Just started having fun and people came in. I have met amazing people who's joy is infectious and that I think is what you should strive for. Everything takes time. Just need to give it.
