Depends what you do and which visa you can get.
Unless you have an AU passport.
Doctor or nurse? Likely yes. Long term illness or disability: likely not.
Also houses are about 5x what they should be. Renting sucks. Salaries are stupidly low.
It’s complicated. Very.

Poor little engineer me will feel right at home!
I’m still sour at the UK. We both have UK passports and now all I can use it for is the UK which is a basket case. Would love to live in Amsterdam or Denmark or .. for a few years. Could pre brexit, now can’t.
Energy. Solar and such.
Yea brexit was a fucking mess lmao
Even then, it’s mid winter equinox here. And if the tide was in I’d have had a swim. (15°C air and water temp, so it’s cold but I’m .. padded so I don’t need a wet suit) (Waiheke, just out of Auckland)
I'll keep looking into it.
Keep voting people who support renewables so I can get a job down there in a couple years /hj
And yes. 10 years here (Waiheke) since we got back from the Uk. It still doesn’t suck at all.
(And up to 2G fibre if I wanted to pay for it… WFH FTW)
